Fishing and Beachcomber Adventure

One of the more popular family combinations is a scenic ferry ride through the marshlands leading to Cape Lookout National Seashore where we can drop off those in the family more interested in gathering shells than loading a cooler with fish.  Then the anglers can set out after a variety of gamefish either in the marsh or outside the inlet depending on the target species for the day.  After we have tackled plenty of fish it's time to return for our beachcombers and load up their treasures for a leisurely cruise back through the marsh to the dock.  Dolphins and Wild Horses are almost always encountered and the joy of being a smaller shallow draft boat is sneaking up close to these amazing creatures for a better view.  These trips are ideal when planned near sunset.  Make sure to bring a camera for all the memories.
